MODELLING VS. MOTIVATION IN THE ORGANIZATIONS
The non-financial motivation is superior to financial motivation from many points of view: the effect is stronger, it acts on a longer period of time, it promotes team spirit, and it has a relatively low accomplishment cost. On the other hand modelling is superior to non-financial motivation because: it directly addresses the unconscious, having a great effect on it, it eliminates the element of participation of employees in the motivation process. It is achieved because modelling is addressed directly to the unconscious with the help of linguistic markers ensuring a transmission of the message, overcoming the barrier of the conscious and forcing the unconscious to look for a solution to a certain problem.
