APPLYING THE NLP METAMODEL IN THE NEGOTIATION PROCESS OF THE COMPANY

Cornel Iosif

Abstract

Using the metamodel in the negotiation process allows for the identification, elimination of all linguistic structures that generate confusions, but are incorrectly formulated. The negotiation process is mainly based on an exchange of information between the parties involved having the purpose of not bringing prejudice to the other party. The negotiation process can be prevented in the form of the mathematical formula: Negotiation process = f (information, time, power), if one of the factors of the negotiation process is 0 then the entire negotiation process will be compromised.
